This has placed us in the forefront of clinching a services and maintenance deal that would securely place us in the running as an up and coming IT force.
February was a tough month, but the end is here. 3 CITS successfully managed to roll out Microsoft Exchange 2007 at a client this past week and quality assurance has come back with a two thumbs up salute. Internal and external mail flow is up, Microsoft ActiveSync is working, and Outlook Web Access & Outlook Anywhere both are grafting like a charm. I must admit though that the transition was tasking, but the proper project planning paid off and no unnecessary downtime was experienced.
3 CITS seems to have maintained it's initial set goals..."Result Focused, and Service Driven". 3 months since its conception, 3 CITS already seems to have captured the interests of some big players in the industry and even beyond. Talks and informal discussions have been held with top IT companies looking to outsource some of their tasks to 3 CITS.
