3. Our services
3cits provides technology consulting and services to businesses, including fractional CTO and CIO services, technology strategy, procurement and tender review, cybersecurity and risk, AI solutions, cloud migration, data and analytics, fintech and debt management solutions, managed IT support and networking, CRM, helpdesk and contact centre set-up, business development and key account management, and support for startups.
- Our startup support is limited to investor readiness (business plans, financial projections and pitch materials). 3cits is not an authorised financial services provider and does not raise, invest or manage funds.
- In this line of business 3cits is not a registered credit provider or debt counsellor under the National Credit Act 34 of 2005.
4. Prices, payment and agreements
- No goods or services are sold, and no payments are taken, through this website.
- Prices, scope, delivery times, payment terms and any guarantees are set out in a written quotation, engagement letter or contract before any work starts. 3cits is not registered for VAT, so VAT is not charged.
- We keep a record of each agreement and will give you a copy on request.
- Because no electronic transactions are concluded through this website, the cooling-off right in section 44 of ECTA does not arise from use of the website. Any rights you have under an agreement concluded electronically, or under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, are not affected.
5. Codes of conduct and memberships
3cits does not subscribe to any code of conduct for the purposes of ECTA and is not a member of any self-regulatory or accreditation body in respect of this website.
6. Complaints and disputes
Please send any complaint to info@3cits.co.za with the subject "Complaint". We will acknowledge it within 2 working days and aim to resolve it within 14 working days. 3cits has not adopted an alternative dispute resolution code; if a complaint cannot be resolved between us, either party may refer it to mediation by agreement, or to the South African courts. Privacy complaints can also be lodged with the Information Regulator (see our Privacy Notice).
7. Security and privacy
